CURLY&Co. is based on a clean and elegant design using high-quality materials.

We requested the creation of an original painting from Senda Toyomi, an artist based in our hometown of Kagawa. Original print fabric that reconstructs print patterns through the filter of CURLY&Co. Today, we will introduce SETOUCHI OLIVES.

Olives are one of the specialty products of Kagawa Prefecture, and this piece has been created using them as a motif. The contrast between the front and back of the young leaves, which radiate various colors depending on the angle under the sunlight, is expressed in a glossy green color covered with silvery-white.

The olive fruit depicted is still a young fruit that is green. As it gets warmer, the fruit becomes larger and changes color as it ripens towards the harvest season. With a sturdy pattern, it easily blends into the coordination, making us even more excited for this summer.

The design is printed on fabric, Teijin Frontier Co., Ltd.’s SOLOTEX® ECO-Hybrid. SOLOTEX® ECO-Hybrid uses two environmentally friendly materials made from plant-based raw materials and chemically recycled used polyester fibers. Made from environmentally friendly and stretchable tricot material, it has moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties, UV protection, is very lightweight, and is comfortable to wear.

The TRICOT PRINT COLLARLESS SHIRT features a slightly raised back collar to create a sharp impression, ensuring that the line from the neckline to the front does not open up too much.

The TRICOT PRINT OPEN COLLAR SHIRT is an open collar shirt that incorporates jacket details such as rounded lapels and a single-layer back with a lining.

The TRICOT PRINT TEE is an oversized tee. The texture unique to vertical knitting, along with the appropriate stretch, creates a beautiful silhouette.

The TRICOT PRINT SHORTS have a loose silhouette that is above the knee, with an easy front-opening zipper and an elastic band at the waist with a drawcord.

The TRICOT PRINT DRAWSTRING BAG, with its leather handles, also serves as an accent for coordination and is highly recommended.The handle and shoulder strap are removable, so please enjoy them in your preferred style.

First, let us introduce the items from SUNSET DROPLETS.

This pattern has been created by the artist Toyomi Senda, who is based in Kagawa Prefecture, the same place as the headquarters factory.

SUNSET DROPLETS

In the midst of a scorching heat, when a sudden evening shower stops and there is still a lot of moisture in the air…Each drop of water reflects the sunlight that pierces through the clouds, scattering it and intertwining it. Some things intertwine and grow larger, while others are small yet elegantly drift through space alone. Eventually, they will be swallowed by the darkness of the approaching night and fade away.

This is a work that reflects the thoughts during such moments.

The items from SUNSET DROPLETS are made from printed fabric. The material is a sustainable recycled tricot fabric made from regenerated polyester, partially utilizing discarded fabric. In addition to its moisture-wicking, quick-drying, breathability, and UV protection functions, it is also rich in anti-wrinkle properties and easy care, along with a cooling touch feature and distinctive material. This item has a smooth texture and is lightweight, making it comfortable to wear.
